He’s already one of Hollywood’s favorite chefs, and now Wolfgang Puck is bringing his celebrity-approved dining to Hong Kong. As part of the expansion of his global restaurant empire, the highly acclaimed chef will open his first Hong Kong restaurant at the arrivals hall of the city’s Chep Lap Kok airport.
Now open for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and late-night bites, Wolfgang Puck Kitchen will dish up Californian twists on comfort food from around the world. The aim is to offer discerning travellers a choice dining destination with high-quality seasonal ingredients, efficient service and affordable prices – all just minutes before or after a flight.
The breakfast menu at Wolfgang Puck Kitchen offers a great start to the day with a range of hearty American-style breakfast dishes. During the rest of the day, the a la carte menu offers a range of salads, pizzas, sandwiches, filling mains and even desserts – all of which are made with local and organic ingredients where possible.
Since opening his first flagship restaurant – Spago in West Hollywood – in 1982, Wolfgang Puck has become one of the most recognizable names in dining. His brand encompasses fine-dining restaurants, casual airport diners and street-side eateries, as well as a product range that runs from coffee and cookware to cookbooks and wines.
