This April, gourmands are invited to join celebrity Chef Charmaine Cheung at Chef’s Experience at Victoria 22. The acclaimed chef will be hosting two sessions of the experience every Monday to Wednesday at Victoria 22, bringing in a delicate balance of Western and South-East Asian flavors. With an uncompromising stance on using the freshest seasonal ingredients, you can expect an authentic & innovative 6-course lunch or amuse-bouche, exquisitely curated to blow your palettes away.

The Chef’s experience will be offering two options for the 6-course menu: Seafood Symphony and Meat Quartet. Chef Cheung’s masterful skill, technique, knowledge, and culinary flair are presented in each of her dishes, most notably in her Poached Hand-dive Scallops with a spinach sauce drizzle, topped with yuzu, micro greens, and horseradish, and in her Duck Confit Rice paired with an unexpected but compelling choice of shrimp pasta, ginger, and sake.
