Kowloon East’s latest mixed-use landmark: Jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Transport International Holdings Limited, The Millennity stands at 20 storeys tall between the Kwun Tong and Ngau Tau Kok MTR stations to serve as Kowloon East’s new commercial hub.

The Millennity comes with two towers and a gross floor of approximately 650,000 square feet, offering plentiful Grade-A offices for prospective businesses. A large-scale shopping mall is situated on the 10th storey podium, providing up to 500,000 square feet of modern luxe retail space. This newest addition to the Kwun Tong business district is a crucial step towards establishing a close-knit community of professionals, brands and corporations in the area.
