Dignity Kitchen was originally established in Singapore, and opened its Hong Kong branch in early 2020.
Here you’ll find Singapore’s most iconic hawker dishes — Hainan chicken rice, nasi lemak, and pandan cake. But what makes this place truly special is its mission.
Functioning as a social enterprise, Dignity Kitchen employs staff with physical and mental disabilities. The staff are provided with training, and the goal is for them to find opportunities elsewhere after spending time here.
Supporting a meaningful mission while chomping down on authentic delights from the Lion City? We couldn’t think of a better way to kill two birds with one stone.
Shortlist: Sohofama, MANA! Starstreet, Treehouse, Table – Ingredient Based Cuisine
