Opening to great acclaim in early 2020, The Pizza Project offers nine varieties of handmade pizzas, as well as a small selection of antipasti and desserts. From classics like the margherita and parma to the carbonara, which presents the pasta dish on dough, the restaurant offers — as The Loop HK’s editor Gayatri Bhaumik puts it — “deliciously doughy, fluffy handmade pizzas.” Meanwhile, the restaurant’s fuss-free approach and affordable prices are also a hit — no mean feat in Hong Kong, a place known for its picky diners.
