We challenge you to find cocktail drinkers in Hong Kong who are not fans of COA (you probably won’t come across any). Jay Khan, the Mexican bar’s co-founder and acclaimed mixologist, is as meticulous with the ingredients that go in his cocktails as he is with their presentation. A trip to COA is pretty much always a lesson in cocktail ingredients and cocktail making, thanks to its attentive and always friendly staff.
