Crown Super Deluxe wants to give diners a theatrical teppanyaki experience — it’s basically a posh answer to Benihana, the Japanese-American chain, if you will (it does, after all, cite the chain’s founder Rocky Aoki as inspiration).

In this dish, lobster and garlic bread are sizzled on a teppan, then drizzled with a lobster coral butter sauce.

With meticulous timing during the cooking process, the lobster is served with just the right amount of char, but the magic’s really in the coral butter — a rich, flavorsome dressing with hints of umami.
