Parlaying her skills as a graphic designer into a successful career in the culinary world, Vicky Lau is all about provoking emotions with her exquisite creations. She’s most famous for her “Edible Stories” menu concept, where elaborately presented dishes are made to tell stories, each following a common theme. Since opening one-Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room in 2012, serving French- and Chinese-inspired food, the chef has received countless awards in recognition of her work.
