When it comes to French fine-dining, it doesn’t get much better than Pierre. This two-Michelin-starred spot is the brainchild of legendary French chef Pierre Gagnaire, and takes up a space inside the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
It’s helmed by chef de cuisine Jacky Tauvry, a Brittany native who previously worked at Gagnaire’s restaurant in Paris. Expect modern French flavors, an emphasis on seasonal ingredients — and impeccable waiters speaking in hushed tones.
