24. Best Cafe: NOC COFFEE CO. (Sai Ying Pun)

NOC COFFEE CO. has seven branches in Hong Kong, but its Sai Ying Pun outpost wins hearts with its large, comfortable space complete with a sleek, minimalistic decor. NOC (it stands for “not only coffee”) is the brainchild of Hong Kong’s 2011 Barista Champion Chan Chak Sum and hospitality pro Benny Leung, and offers carefully selected beans that have gone through a strenuous roasting process. The results? The perfect cuppa every time.
