Looking to detox and re-tox in the same drink? Sohofama is serving some delicious cocktails with fresh juice that will give you your daily dose of vitamins. The Sano Green ($98) in particular is made with Half Crown gin, 5 green juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, cardamom seed and peach bitter. A great pick for a sultry summer evening.

This season, they are sweetening the deal with a Social Hour deal on Monday to Thursday from 4-8pm with cocktails, beer, and wine starting from $50. Perfect for a mid-week cheeky beach break, summer cocktails in Hong Kong don’t get more perfect than this!

Apart from a stunning view from the other side – a must-see if you’ve still not been! – Red Sugar at Kerry Hotel is shaking up a few Absolut Vodka cocktails to help you beat the heat.  The Calamansi Fizz ($98) with Cinnamon infused Absolut, honey, ginger, calamansi and soda, packs a bit of bite, but for those with a sweet tooth, the Midsummer Passion ($98) with Absolut, Midori and passionfruit sounds lovely.

Origin is definitely trying to win the award for the most photogenic summer cocktails in Hong Kong, especially with a new concoction inspired by Pantone’s colour of the year, as well as six other summer-hued Pantoned tipples. The mysterious Ultraviolet ($128) features lavender and berries slow-cooked Tanqueray gin, while the pastel green Creamy Apple ($128) is made with lemon slow-cooked Tanqueray gin balanced with fresh, sweet apple notes.

Honi Honi

Big groups should definitely try their new sharing (and flaming) rum punch, the Freaking Pineapple ($1000), served in a hollowed out pineapple, good for up to 8 people!

Of course, you can’t forget to mention CÉ LA VI when you’re talking about outdoor bars. Tailoring their tipples for the health conscious this season, they have created two summer cocktails driven by detoxing ingredients, and a regular gin-infused cocktail. Come to the Dark Side ($148) gives the good old lemon-honey-ginger-water an alcoholic kick, and really, what’s better than spending the summer sipping on guilt-free detoxing cocktails? Gin lovers should try the Moringa, Forgive Me I Have Ginned ($148) featuring the new 2018 Superfood Moringa.

If you’re exploring Tai Hang, make sure you drop by Tipsy for happy hour and dinner. All week long, from 12-3pm, you can enjoy  bottomless red or white wine and Prosecco for just $138!
