What’s it called? TIL – Today is Long
What’s it all about? Tucked away in Sai Ying Pung, TIL – Today Is Long is a brand new Aussie-style coffee shop whipping up killer caffeinated drinks in a bright, laid-back space. The burnt-orange café – inspired by the golden sunsets of Uluru in Australia’s Red Center – boasts high ceilings and a generous wash of natural light. On the menu are coffees from high-quality Australian roasteries, including Small Batch, a Melbourne roaster that supports sustainable agriculture and is socially responsible. There are actually two menus here. “Short Day” is perfect for when you need a quick hit of caffeine, while “Long Day” is when you really need a hit or want to linger over your brew – which is available as combo shots, pour-overs, or cold brews. And, believing that milk alternatives shouldn’t come at extra cost, the café even offers plant milks at no extra cost. Of course, you can pair your drink with a food menu that includes freshly-baked goods, open sandwiches, toasties, salads, and seasonal cakes and sweets.
