What’s it all about? Adding to Hong Kong’s exciting mix of wellness spaces, SANA is a holistic service and retail studio dedicated to self-empowerment, self-exploration and finding clarity from within. SANA offers guided consultations with The Transformation Game and OH Cards and its plethora of mindful brands. It also hosts regular wellness community events for the local spiritual scene. Inside, guests will find themselves immersed by the welcoming and soothing interiors that aim to make one feel right at home. A popular and one-of-a-kind experience, The Transformation Game is a group meditative experience led by a certified onsite facilitator. Plus, it’s available in Cantonese and English. Try it solo or in a group of up to six people. There’s a range of wellness products in-store too, from beautiful crystals to Palo Santo products and candles.

Where is it? 2/F, 6 On Wo Lane, Sheung Wan (entrance via alleyway at the end of Kau U Fong).
