What’s it called: Hitachino Nest Beer

What’s it all about? A cult favorite craft beer in Japan, Hitachino Nest Beer set up shop in Hong Kong in 2016, opening a 7,500sqft brewery in Fo Tan kitted out with state of the art brewing equipment. On the ground floor is an industrial-chic tasting room where you can peruse their bottles and merchandise and — of course — taste their beers. Brewery tours and tasting room bookings are available every Saturday, but be sure to book at least a week in advance.
