What’s it called? Flex Studios

What’s it all about? Who doesn’t love a minimal, clean and bright gym studio? Frankly, those account for most of the reasons I personally head to the gym. Bonus points for freshly brewed coffee in the morning – they just get it! Flex Studios definitely has it all in terms of atmosphere, but they are also a fantastic destination for feel-good workouts with quality instructors. Ranging from Pilates (both mat and reformer) and yoga to TRX and Xtend Barre, you’ll definitely feel the burn and learn to work all the small muscles in your body through precise movements. Plus, the Central location recently got a makeover!

For the first-timers: If you’re looking for the burn, book yourself into the Xtend Barre class.

For the gym rabbits: Stretch it out in the aerial yoga class, where you’ll be guided through deep stretches that will calm your mind and body.

Great for: People who need a feel-good space to workout, Pilates and Barre lovers.

Where is it? 3/F and 4/F Man Cheung Building, 15-17 Wyndham Street, Central, 3468-3132;
Shops 308- 310, One Island South, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, 2813-2212
