What’s it called? Farm Together
What’s it all about? Farm Together is a green community project under Hong Kong developer Sino Group, which runs six urban farms. The biggest one is their 10,000 square-feet Sky Farm in Kowloon Bay’s Skyline Tower, which is jointly operated by social enterprise Smiley Planet and charity Hong Chi Association. Sky Farm will launch their public program this coming April, from tie-dye workshops using indigo plant grown at the farm to farm tours that touch on all the farming basics. Farm Together also hosts herb soap making and pesto sauce making workshops at their other farms. Their events are available for booking here.
