What’s it called? Dongpo HK
What’s it all about? A new neighborhood store selling made-in-Hong Kong goods and nostalgic snacks, Dongpo is situated on the ground level of a 50-year-old building in Sheung Wan. The design of the shop takes inspiration from traditional neighborhood stores. The gates and tiles evokes a strong 80s vibe, while the placement of stools and tables outside the shop recreates the chill and cozy atmosphere of a small corner store. The shop sells everything made-in-Hong Kong, from rare vintage finds and artisan ice-cream to accessories and ceramics from local artists. The owner loves to share about his most treasured vintage pieces, so don’t hesitate to ask a lot of questions!
