A Flamboyant Brunch: We do love a good brunch – and it doesn’t get much fancier than with a weekend at The Murray’s Popinjays. This chic rooftop space features stunning panoramic views of the skyline, making it a hotspot for day-to-night drinking and dining. If you’re craving a fancy feast, then look no further. The Popinjays High Flying Brunch is a buffet of the most extravagant spread. It includes unlimited jet-fresh seafood on ice, from chilled Boston lobsters to freshly shucked oysters, while the sashimi, tartare, cheeses, salads and cold cuts will keep you coming back for more. But that’s not all, and you’ve got more options before dessert. The new made-to-order live stations offer succulent roast beef, lamb leg and sizzling skewers. Plus, there’s a melting wheel of Raclette. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend eating inside and heading out after for a drink on the terrace. That can be from the a la carte drinks menu or from your free-flow package. There are unlimited Spring Spritz options, or for the champagne aficionados, some bubbly, of course.

Popinjays is a sleek and sophisticated venue that’s part of The Murray, Hong Kong hotel. It’s luxurious yet welcoming, bringing in crowds from near and far. You can expect top-notch service and an array of delicious food in a swish setting.
