What’s it all about? Established in 2010, the Aerial Arts Academy has grown to become the premier artistic dance school in Hong Kong. It provides instruction in a variety of courses, but one of its most popular is pole dancing. Having become a real trend in recent years, pole dancing provides a full-body workout while also improving cardio and strength. One of its greatest side-effects, however, is a marked improvement in self-esteem and body confidence. As instructor Denise Tsui puts it, pole dancing helps you “learn more about yourself, and teaches you to love yourself.”
