Hong Kong Government has announced the city will not need to show proof of a negative Covid test for those attending bars, nightclubs, banquets, and local tours from Thursday, 22 December, onwards. Capacity limits will be lifted from this Thursday for entertainment and performance venues.

The present-day headcount cap of 240 people for banquets will also be lifted. However, it is essential to remember that the 12 people per table rule at restaurants remain, and wearing a mask in public is still a mandatory rule.

Head over to the official government website for further information.
