More Pet-Inclusive Parks In Hong Kong: Assemble, doggies! The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has announced 60 more parks in the city to welcome pets. LCSD has added new venues to its existing list of 40 “Inclusive Parks for Pets” across districts, opening arms to pets and their parents to enjoy fresh air in the outdoors, starting this year. You can now bring your pets to some of the local-favorite spots, including the Central Pier Waterfront in Central, Ap Lei Chau Waterfront Promenade in the Southern District, Victoria Park in Causeway Bay and more promenades and parks in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and Lantau Island.
