Developed by Executive Sous Chef Cary Docherty, this exclusive Sunday roast extravaganza kicks things off with appetizers like grilled asparagus, prawn cocktail, or lobster bisque; features perfectly melt-in-the meats – you can pick your choice of thick-cut Beef Rib, Pork Loin, Leg of Lamg, or Celeraic Steak – and all the trimmings, including Yorkshire puddings, gravy, and veggies. Did we mention you can pair the roast with the free-flow tableside Bloody Marys? You’ll round out your decadent experience with Sticky Toffee pudding, Tarte Tartin, or Colston Bassett Stilton Cheese.
