After a successful run during last Christmas, LMO Freshly-Baked by Richard Ekkebus, created by culinary director of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Richard Ekkebus and pastry chef Valentin Mille, is back at the third floor of Landmark Atrium from April to June!

Sweet treats will be baked fresh at the stall every hour — expect Landmark Mandarin Oriental signatures including canelés (HK$40), buckwheat Madeleines (HK$25), and the original ‘Brookie’ (HK$30), a hybrid between brownie and a chocolate cookie. The beloved 24-centimetre wide cookies and Amalfi lemon Madeline (HK$25), however, will only be available only at specific times of day.

Chocolate Moelleux

The pop-up will also see the addition of brand new baked goods. The Vanilla Chouquette (HK$35) is crumbly and filled with a satisfying squeeze of vanilla cream. The indulgent Chocolate Moelleux (HK$50) is chocolate molten lava cake in a delicate box, with a runny centre and sprinkled with sea salt. Other new offerings include Hazelnut and Salted Caramel Cookie (HK$45), Bourbon Vanilla & Sea Salt Financier (HK$30) and Flan Parisien with Bourbon Vanilla (HK$40).

Vanilla Chouquette

There will also be a collection of Iced Chocoholic Drinks. And every day from 5pm onwards, a spiked-up version with bourbon or brown rum will be available. We can’t think of a better way to end the day.
