Popinjays is a finalist on The Loop HK 30 Best Eats 2019

With 25 years of experience under his belt, Chef Didier Quennouelle lends his artistic creations and signature touch to transform classical dishes into modern and delectable delights — like the frog legs creamed with broccoli and garlic butter sauce; or the salmon confit creamed with lentils and crouton bread. Popinjay’s French gourmet and à la carte menu changes weekly, from Monday to Thursday.
