Hong Kong government announced last week that the city will adopt a “4+3” quarantine arrangement for fully vaccinated inbound travellers. From August 12 until further notice, inbound travellers will have to finish a 3-day quarantine in designated hotels, and spend the next 4-day medical surveillance period at home or in self-arranged accommodation. Travellers should take RAT test daily, and PCR tests every other day until the tenth day of arrival.
