Award-winning Singaporean chef Edward Voon has unveiled an exciting new dinner-tasting menu at his innovative French fine-dining restaurant Auor in Wan Chai. The Six Rounds menu features six rounds of canapés inspired by Asian street food and six inventive courses inspired by the circle of life. Chef Voon’s culinary philosophy at Auor showcases the diversity of nature, while honoring French fine-dining traditions and the vibrant flavors of Asia – his homeland. Wine pairings are available by the glass, perfectly complementing the Six Rounds. The Six Rounds menu is priced at HKD 1,680 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional HKD 880 per person.
Te Quiero Muncho, the popular Mexican restaurant in Hong Kong, celebrates National Tequila Day with a unique initiative called “Take a Shot – Plant an Agave”.
