Ever wonder what it would be like to not have to take time out to plan every meal, especially when you’re on a health kick? For those of us with super busy schedules, who hate grocery shopping or don’t have confidence in the kitchen, planning three meals a day can be daunting. Lucky for us, clean-eating meal delivery services are popping up all over Hong Kong, tailored to every diet under the sun.

All meals clearly display macronutrients and nutritional information and are delivered every three days – clients can choose their specific macro breakdown. Meals are made fresh and can be frozen if there isn’t enough space in the fridge.
Biorna Quantics is the most expensive delivery meal plan on our list: the most basic meal plan starts at $4,400 per month and can go up to anywhere close to $20,000.
