Peter Luger-style Steaks: Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is an international chain started by 40-year Peter Luger veteran Wolfgang Zwiener. And for the non-foodies among us, Peter Luger is the decades-old, revered NYC steakhouse that still draws crowds today.

Look & Feel: At Wolfgang’s Hong Kong, we’re looking at white tablecloths, mahogany furniture and classic steakhouse decor.

On the Menu: Minimum 28-day dry-aged steaks, of the USDA Prime black Angus variety. The steaks are topped with sauce and served with fries or potatoes, and creamed spinach.  There are also cakes and pies for dessert.

Great For: Big hearty meals, business gatherings.

FYI: The other Wolfgang locations include the original one in New York City, as wells as Los Angeles, Tokyo and a dozen more.

Check out Hong Kong’s newest restaurants and bars here.
