When 2 powerhouses collide: Vista, the ‘Real Italian Deal’ restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui famous for its Milanese di Vitello (a huge veal cutlet) and delicious Tiramisu created at your table, has opened its penthouse Vista Bar in collaboration with Campari, set against majestic panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline. They’re to give you bold, Italian-flavored cocktails, and nothing more or less.
Look & Feel: Situated on the 30/F, the Vista Bar looks over the stunning panoramic views of Hong Kong. Untouched and unfiltered. The bold Rosso (Italian red) of the decoration and sage green of the cozy couches, resemble the Italian flag in an elegant and classy way.
On the Menu: The Vista Bar “Eight Shades of Red” cocktail series has been specially created by Livorno-born Creative Bar Director Lorenzo Coppola. Among the new signature cocktails are the show-stopping Peking (One) Duck, an indulgent concoction of duck fat and tamarind washed Montelobos Espadin mezcal, blood orange, cassis, and green apple yogurt mousse, and Beet Me Softly, a deep red mix of vodka, raspberry, beetroot shrub, and white chocolate. 0 Watermelon Martini is an incredible zero-waste cocktail where every part of the juicy fruit is used. Or try the Nitro-Negroni Ice Cream with Campari, blood orange, yogurt, gin glaze, and vermouth caviar. Instagramable favorites also include Hasta la Vista – served with a unique magnifying glass that you can look through to discover the Hong Kong skyline as you sip.
Great For: To try new and daring cocktails that will open up your palette
