International Cuisine One-Stop-Shop: Tung Chung, the constantly changing new town of Hong Kong, welcomes Tung Chung Kitchen that serves international delicacies in Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong.
Look & Feel: Tung Chung Kitchen sits on the ground floor of Four Points Hong Kong, Sheraton’s younger hotel that enjoys the panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour. Operates as a buffet restaurant, the Kitchen serves international cuisine in a spacious dining hall with a colorful mosiac wall.
On The Menu: Serving international cuisine in Salad, Dim Sum & Noodle Bars, Carvery and Indian Corner, Tung Chung Kitchen transforms the buffet game by offering alternative packages that allow guests with a smaller appetite to pay for food from only sections of their choice.
To promote a healthier eating habit while supporting Hong Kong farmers, the restaurant sources its vegetable ranges locally. The house also ensures that noodle soup will always be available when all you need is some comfort food. In the Dim Sum & Noodles Bar, diners could build their own bowls with seafood and other protein and veggie options on offer, in pork bone, light beef or chicken broth or laksa soup of your choice. Of course, you would also find all the classic Cantonese dim sum! The buffet restaurant dedicates its centerstage to Carvery, where you find juicy roast, including oven-roasted rib-eye and chicken during lunch or Iberico Pork Rack for dinner. For fans of Four Point’s Indian indulgence, Tung Chung Kitchen’s Indian Corner serves its signature chicken tikka, Amritsari fish tikka carom seed and masala marinated cod or Tandoori, alongside curries, breads on the side.
Great For: Large group dining!
FYI: Tung Chung Kitchen closes at 2pm and reopens at 6pm.
