Guilt-Free Eats: The latest venture by the same minds behind HOME Eat to Live, TREEHOUSE is an all-new temple to healthy eating at H Code on Pottinger Street.
Look & Feel: TREEHOUSE isn’t exactly fancy, but then perhaps that’s exactly the point. The design here feels rustic-chic and eco-friendly with lots of clean lines, light woods and bright lights.
On the Menu: TREEHOUSE is all about healthy eating so expect, vegan-friendly and gluten-free options. Many of the dishes are inspired by the chef’s personal travels so you can expect to feast on things like Banyan flatbread and Savanna burgers inspired by Tel Aviv, vegan ramen that pays homage to Japan, and a detox juice drawn from the flavors of Thailand. Everything can be customized so pick your poison from healthy toppics, 10 types of homemade sauces and so much more. Did we mention everything – yes, everything – is made in house?
Great For: Quick takeaways and healthy dinners.
Meet the Chef: Christian Mongendre formerly helmed HOME Eat to Live. He was born in Hong Kong and his roots in the city come through in his cuisine.
FYI: TREEHOUSE produces its own line of healthy juices and detox drinks. Plus, you can pay by Octopus, AI will suggest dishes for you, and you can order online and pick up your meal from the takeout window.
