Embrace nature’s finest flesh: One of Hong Kong’s most acclaimed dry-aged butcheries and one that has been recommended in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau for five consecutive years, The Butchers Club knows just what savvy Hong Kong diners need as it rolls out an exciting new restaurant concept – The Butchers Club Grille, a brand new pet-friendly surf and turf destination that features indoor and alfresco seating that will appeal to connoisseurs of the finest seafood and meat.

Look & Feel: Injecting a dynamic dose of alfresco dining into the rapidly-evolving Taikoo Place neighborhood, The Butchers Club Grille delivers an elevated dining experience for savvy carnivores. The restaurant provides with both indoor and alfresco seating, including one private dining room that caters for up to eight guests, while the semi-covered alfresco seating welcomes four-legged companions to unwind and relax.

On The Menu: The restaurant’s beef ranges from 30 to 45 days aged. Coveted dry-aged beef boasts a naturally more concentrated flavour due to the moisture loss during its maturation, when enzymes in the meat break down the connective tissue, resulting in a more tender texture and a touch of nuttiness.

While the restaurant offers a premium selection of dry-aged steak cuts, the culinary team also caters to all guests by offering a selection of lighter fare and more contemporary seafood dishes, such as Bacon Wrapped Prawns, Oysters “Rockefeller”, and Roasted Seabass.

Diners with a sweet tooth shouldn’t miss out on the restaurant’s classic desserts, including the gooey 70% Molten Chocolate Cake served with vanilla ice cream, Crème Brûlée garnished with fresh berries, and an airy Japanese Style Cheesecake with strawberry ice cream.

Great For: Meal with furry friends, group dining
