Pig Out: Shore Hospitality introduces The Blind Pig, the more casual sibling eatery to The Salted Pig. The speakeasy-styled sports pub in Sai Wan Ho serves up plenty of pub grub as well as pork dishes.

Look & Feel: Located within waterfront lifestyle hub Soho East, which features plenty of other restaurants and cafes as well as an art gallery, the restaurant and bar is designed to take diners back to the prohibition era in the US. Think elegant blue and gold, dark wood tables, and kitchsy pictures and type on the white walls. Of course, there are TVs aplenty screening sports matches, too.

On the Menu: Elevated Western comfort food like burgers, hot dogs, fish ‘n’ chips, pies, nachos and jalapeno poppers, all crafted with fresh ingredients and a farm-to-table philosophy. The drinks menu features craft brews as well as intriguing cocktails.

Great For: Catching the game with some mates.

FYI: Stop by during the weekend or a public holiday for the restaurant’s signature roast dinner complete with Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, and vegetables.
