International Pop-ups: Test Kitchen lets you try the latest dishes from up-and-coming chefs around the world — without leaving Hong Kong. The events organizer regularly brings in international talent and hosts multi-course dinner pop-ups in a minimalist warehouse space in Sai Ying Pun.

Look & Feel: The high-ceilinged venue has a professional-grade open kitchen and an intimate dining area with long communal wooden table as centerpiece.

On the Menu: Depends on who is cooking! But no matter what you’re having, you can expect beautiful, innovative plating, high-quality ingredients and a long line-up of courses. Previous pop-ups included chef Carlos Garcia Rodriguez from Black Pig and chef Victoria Eliasdóttir from Dottir.

Great For: Serious foodies, an adventurous dinner.

FYI: Founder Vincent Mui was inspired by his experience with Dinner Lab in the US and decided to bring it to HK.
