A Touch of the French Riviera in Stanley: Terrace by LQV offers a dreamy al fresco dining experience that allows guests to unwind over a relaxed bottle of wine and a curated French Mediterranean menu to experience the French en terrasse way of life.
Look & Feel: The concept for Terrace by LQV was built around its stunning location. Stanley offers a sense of community, unique to anywhere else in Hong Kong. The restaurant is a place where guests can relax and unwind in a beautiful setting with a glass of wine in hand and enjoy some dishes from the South of France.
On The Menu: Influenced by the panoramic views of Stanley Bay and sunny outdoor terrace space, LQV Group’s Founder and Director, Hugues Rondouin has curated a selection of light and refreshing wines, with a focus on rosé, white wines and Champagnes that are easy to drink and to share with friends.
With a focus on French Mediterranean cuisine, the menu at Terrace by LQV highlights the lighter side of French cooking, with fresh vegetables and grilled meats seafood at the forefront of the menu, prepared with olive oil instead of butter, using high-quality ingredients sourced directly from France to elevate each dish. Signature dishes include Vegetable Tian, a Mediterranean vegetable mille feuilles, Grilled French Sea Bass, and Pastis Flambée Grilled Prawns, served with linguine and Provencal tomatoes.
An extensive À La Carte offering and Children’s Menu are also available every day from noon. For the early-birds, Terrace by LQV is open from 10am on weekdays and 8am on weekends for breakfast with a delivious offering of freshly baked homemade viennoiseries, fresh juices, yoghurt bowls, Frittata and eggs served with Provencal tomato, to be enjoyed inside or on the sunny outdoor terrace.
