Spill the Tea: Another day, another new cocktail bar arriving on the scene. The latest addition to the H Code complex, Tell Camellia is inspired by its namesake plant (whose leaves are the main ingredient for tea). The idea behind the bar is to marry tea and cocktail together, using “experimental” techniques.

Look & Feel: A contemporary cocktail lounge with comfortable seating and wooden touches throughout the space.

On the Menu: Ingredients used in the cocktails will include teas sourced from Kenya, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. Tell Camellia promises unique flavors aplenty.

Meet the Bartenders: Tell Camellia is headed by industry veterans Sandeep Hathiramani and Gagan Gurung. The former is a founder of the Gin Festival and the Bar Awards and the latter was behind Fang Fang’s cocktail program.

Great For: Those who love light, fresh flavors in their drinks.
