Distinctive smoky flavors and full-bodied meaty goodness: Hong Kongers are so spoiled for choice when it comes to good eats. Smokehouse Bar & Grill is bringing the All-American smokehouse tradition to Hong Kong’s colorful restaurant scene. The smokehouse prides itself on going above and beyond the typical Texas-style smokehouse by offering a large variety of offerings.

Look & Feel: The restaurant is giving an upscale smokehouse vibe compared to normal smokehouses seen in America. The warm wood tones set an inviting and rustic reminiscent of the shelter from the early days of the smokehouse origin. The Lyfe Tyme BBQ pit, a grill that is iconic of American barbecue culture, fits right in with the restaurant’s rustic interior. Of course, the bar itself stands out with the lavish gold and orange tones that blend beautifully with the brand’s blue-colored exterior.

On the Menu: At Smokehouse Bar & Grill, diners can expect a varied menu featuring smokehouse classics like beef brisket and ribs, washed down with smoked cocktails that deliver a twist on favorite bar drinks. Those new to smokehouse cuisine should not miss the Smokehouse Platter, which comes with dry-rub brisket, jalapeno cheese sausage, Bratwurst, smoked chicken, BBQ pork ribs, pulled pork, lemon slaw, and corn ribs.

For seafood lovers, Smokehouse Bar & Grill offers a number of dishes to satisfy your cravings. The
Honey Ginger Cedar Plank Baked Salmon is lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, honey, and ginger, and baked on cedar wood to give the delicate fish a smoky element.

To celebrate the opening of Smokehouse Bar & Grill, renowned American chef Jay McCarthy – an expert in hearty Texas-style cooking – will be here for two weeks as a guest chef, cooking up limited-time specials such as Beef Rib-eye Jerky, Bourbon Cured Flank Carpaccio and Coriander Rubbed Lamb T-bone. His signatures will remain on the menu until March.
