On the Menu: The menu at SHÈ takes traditional Chinese cuisine, gives it a modern, healthy twist, then dishes it up with an eye for aesthetics. Expect prettily-plated sharing dishes showcasing fresh, local ingredients. There are classic signatures like crispy tofu with sale and pepper ($78), caviar shrimp toast ($88), and lobster ma pu tofu ($388). Noodles get a sophisticated upgrade in the form of wok-fried supreme lobster noodles (($388) and fish maw braised noodles in abalone reduction ($298).
