Familial comfort and refined new Latin flavors: Rosita is founded by veteran chefs Agustin Ferrando Balbi and Ricardo Chaneton, whose names you may recognize from local hot spots Andō and MONO. Having opened its doors in mid December 2022, Rosita is a channel with which the chefs shares the flavors and comforting touch of home — Latin America — while infusing French and Japanese influences into their menu.

Look & Feel: To recreate the heart-warming atmosphere of dining at home, Rosita is decorated as if an extension of a Latin American living room: calming beige walls, down to earth wooden furniture and vibrant paintings set the tone of a bustling, conversation-filled time with family and friends.
