Tapas That: If you think that foodie haven Tin Hau couldn’t possibly be more hip, you’d be wrong. Step forward ROJO, a Spanish tapas bar that churns out crowd favorites like lobster paella and truffle bikini sandwiches.

Look & Feel: With a sleek logo lit up with neon lights, ROJO is hard to miss. Inside, you’ll find an industrial chic decor with a friendly, laid-back feel thanks to warm, dim lights. Alongside the dining area and a bar, there’s also a VIP lounge available for private parties.

On the Menu: Classic Spanish dishes dominate the menu. Signatures include grilled sardines, jamon Iberico, garlic prawn and octopus tartare. And of course, house sangria, wines, beers and creative cocktails flow aplenty.

Great For: Post-work nibbles and drinks, a casual weeknight dinner.

FYI: During happy hour from 5:30-7:30pm, beers are just $38 each.
