Into the Veg: A urban farm-to-table experience in the heart of Causeway Bay, Roganic is the all-new Hong Kong outpost of British chef Seth Rogan’s London restaurant.

Look & Feel: A chic, Instagrammable spin on the farm-to-table concept, the restaurant is decked out in plenty of polished woods and brassy accents, and features lots of plants and jars of fresh ingredients around the walls. There’s also a secluded private-dining room that sits up to 34 people.

On the Menu: Dishes here are strongly seasonal and local. Expect to enjoy signature dishes like pumpkin, bay leaf and nashi pear; chicken and young squid; sea urchin custard with Simon Rogan caviar; and duck with sweet corn, onion and spiced red vinegar. Get the full experience with the Roganic Long Taster Menu (10 courses, $980) or the Roganic Short Taster Menu (8 courses, $680), or enjoy a light immersion into the experience with the Roganic 3-Course Set Lunch Menu ($280).

Meet the Chef: Simon Rogan launched his own restaurant endeavours in England’s Lake District with Aulis Cartmel and L’Enculme. He empire now spans five restaurants, three of which are Michelin-starred.

Great For: Foodies, lingering dinners, and date nights.

FYI: The dedicated dessert bar sits eight guests, and features a range of signature sweet treats.
