Sustainable Cooking Concept at the Heart of Hong Kong: An all-day dining experience in the city center, Preface Coffee & Wine is home to single-origin coffees, food on the go and fine wine after sundown.

Look & Feel: “What HongKongers need is space,” says founder Tommy Lo. Painted all-white, the coffee shop’s four-story multifunctional flagship space is not just a stop for coffee. It is a community where you get to meet people who love food, arts and technology.

On The Menu: Catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians, Preface Coffee & Wine is now serving juicy meat burgers and those made from Impossible Meat. The eatery is even going an extra mile for the ultimate dining experience of the 50/50 (50% actual meat with 50% Impossible meat) for casual vegetarians out there.

You are also going to find your favorite blend of coffee here. The café is constantly in search of the best coffee beans in the Asia Pacific for the lowest carbon footprint. Besides the nutty house blend, it is now offering a light roast blend from Papua New Guinea that brings greater acidity and sweetness, with fruity flavors.

Or do you fancy a beer during happy hour? You can now try its limited-edition Preface Beer in collaboration with local Black Kite Brewery. Opening with a refreshing citrus aroma, the beverage is perfect to get yourself ready for summer!

Jeng: You can now get all of this with free delivery on foodpanda.

Not So Jeng: The burgers are so delicious you finish them before you even realize.

Great for: Quick lunches, coffee stops.

FYI: Opening hours might be affected regarding the current government restrictions in response to the Omicron outbreak.
