Omakase Galore: From the same chef that brought us the two Michelin-starred Kashiwaya Hong Kong (which is now closed sadly), Nagamoto serves omakase in a sleek space.

Look & Feel: Much like many omakase settings, minimalism is key and the soft beige tones and dim lighting offer a relaxing atmosphere for five-star dining.

On the Menu: Chef Teruhiko Nagamoto chooses seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of Japanese ingredients. The veteran has over 30 years of culinary experience under his belt and specializes in exquisite Japanese gastronomy. This kappo restaurant honors the philosophy of shun (旬), which extends from its carefully-curated menus to its tableware and display.

Great For: A splendid night of omakase.

FYI: You can watch the chefs in action thanks to the open kitchen layout.
