Look & Feel: Designed by Australian-based Samantha Eades, Mr Brown carries forward Francis’ cool, intimate ambience. Expect plenty of dark woods, terracotta brick, and moody lighting.

On the Menu: Mr Brown is all about barbecued meats, fish and vegetables with a distinct Mediterranean flavor.

Meet the Chef: Hailing from Israel, Asher Goldstein boasts over a decade of experience working in kitchens of his native Tel Aviv, Sydney, and now Hong Kong.
