Pho Real: Launched just in time for the cooler weather, Moi Moi By Luke Nguyen is offering Vietnamese comfort food and street snacks in heaping portions. That’s not to say pho isn’t a year-round favorite for Hongkongers, though — we foresee Moi Moi becoming a popular lunch spot.

Look & Feel: Located in a lobby at an office location in Central, Moi Moi will be sure to attract a huge office worker crowd.

Meet the Chef: The restaurant is helmed by Vietnamese-Australian chef superstar Luke Nguyen, who made his name with Red Lantern in Sydney. He has filmed his own food-focused documentaries, penned cookbooks, and appeared on Masterchef Australia.

On the Menu: There’ll be family recipes as well as classic Vietnamese street foods. Dig into raw wagyu beef pho (baller!), plus Kurobuta pork belly and green-tea-smoked duck rolls.

Great For: Lunch with coworkers, dinner after happy hour nearby.

FYI: Moi Moi takes up the spot where Viet Kitchen & Bar used to stand.
