Vegetarian, Hong Kong Style: You don’t need us to tell you that vegetarianism and veganism are all the rage these days. Enter Miss Lee, sister restaurant to the likes of nostalgic Hong Kong-style eateries Lee Lo Mei and Lee Ho Sing. Also serving Hong Kong cuisine, Miss Lee puts natural ingredients front and center, with a menu featuring plant-based dishes “inspired by flavors found in Chinese cooking.”

Look & Feel: Like its sister establishments, Miss Lee’s interiors take inspiration from our fair city. Emerald green touches pay homage to the Star Ferry, while blush pink walls create a cozy atmosphere inside.

On the Menu: Dig into appetizers like “smoked quartz” gluten-free king oyster, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus skewers ($72) and “flower bouquet” made with pickled cucumber, beetroot, shiitake mushroom, julienned carrots and cabbage wrapped in a spring-roll sheet. Dishes that are good for sharing include the “fungi farm” warm barley risotto ($128).

Great For: Not just vegetarians and vegans alike, but those who are looking for healthier options without sacrificing the joys of dining out.

FYI: From 12pm to 2:30pm, there’s a takeaway counter offering set lunch and salad options ($68 each), while set lunches are also available for those dining in.
