Tipsy gets a sibling: Chef Kong Wai-sing of Tipsy Tai Hang has opened a sister 60-seater in Kwun Tong, near busy apm mall.

Look & Feel: We’re looking at soft colors, birch wood furniture, intimate U-shaped booths.

On the Menu: Lunch is all about greens, with a dedicated salad bar (think roasted veg, homemade pestos) on offer. Dinner is more mod European slash gastropub — in other words: pastas, hefty mains, as well as bar-style snacks like chicken wings. On the drinks side, cocktails as well as artisanal teas can be had.

Meet the Chef: Chef Kong Wai-sing has been in the industry since he was 16!

Good For: After work catch up, leisurely lunch.

FYI: Free-flow Saturday, y’all (at $128 per head, lunch hours).
