Vietnamese Chic: Black Sheep Restaurants group is at it again, this time with Vietnamese diner Le Garçon Saigon on Star Street in Wan Chai.
Look & Feel: Le Garçon Saigon mashes French bistro-chic with Southeast Asian-chill with its mural-lined venue. Think tiled floors, wicker chairs, aquamarine accents.
On the Menu: Grilled goods of the southern Vietnamese variety are on offer, from whole red snapper to rib-eye steaks. Rice paper rolls and herb-topped goodies are also available for the less protein-inclined.
Great For: A casual-glam night out, a group gathering.
FYI: The restaurant will be pumping French beats that get louder and more intense as the night progresses.
