A private sensory Chinese dining experience: Jǐng, a new experiential dining experience helmed by the multi-brand F&B concept wellwellwell, is now open at Pacific Place in Admiralty. It invites those daring enough to travel through time to indulge in an experience inspired by the forgotten tales, ancient inventions, and legendary figures in Chinese history.

Look & Feel: Hidden in a secluded realm within wellwellwell, Jǐng‘s dining room transforms itself with visuals and sounds, changing scenery as each dish goes by. Jǐng’s 360-degree private area is a modern interpretation of the traditional Chinese round table and gives guests an unparalleled view of the curated spectacle. Guests, only a maximum of 10 per night – are weaved into a multi-sensory experience that features dishes inspired by the past and graced by a touch of modernity.

On The Menu: Jǐng‘s first doorway in time pays exquisite homage to China’s golden age – the Chinese Tang Dynasty. The eight-course meal (priced at HK$ 999 per person) is inspired by ancient tales taken from the historical period, serving elevated Chinese cuisine and taking guests on a unique culinary journey to ancient China with stunning interiors inspired by the ‘Old meets New’ concept. Expect an extravagant menu that is full of surprises. The riveting dining experience also comes with the option of sake pairing (priced at HK$ 498 per person) for guests to enjoy six different special sakes.

Great For: Group dining with friends, family or colleagues for a fun evening
