K-Toast: The South Korean breakfast and sandwich chain boasts over 700 branches across its home country as well as in Macau and Taiwan — now the brand can add a Hong Kong location to its stable.

Look & Feel: With walls emblazoned with Isaac Toast and Coffee’s signature red and white, the casual fast food joint is difficult to miss in Sha Tin’s New Town Plaza.

On the Menu: Toasted sandwiches are the name of the game at Isaac Toast and Coffee, but expect more than your classic ham-and-cheese toastie. Fillings range from squid and chicken cutlets to pizza and potatoes. Word on the street is that the Hong Kong branch is getting three exclusive sandwiches, too: the Hot Melted Cheese Toast, the Super Toast 2.0, and the SBS Inkigayo Toast, an intriguing combo of imitation crab and egg salad, coleslaw, mayonnaise and strawberry jam.

There’s also a selection of coffee, frappés and fruit-based drinks, and classic Korean dishes like bibimbap and rice cakes.

Great For: Satisfying those carb cravings.
